top surgery

i finally had top surgery in april of 2026! yippeee!

i had mine done under local anasthesia because:

1. i was given the option to
2. it's cheaper
3. it's safer
4. you recover quicker
5. it's so fucking cool to be awake when they cut off your boobs

here is also my list of favorite moments

• getting to keep my heated blanket on on the operation table
• the little tent you're put in so you don't see what's going on
• feeling your muscles convulse when they burn your blood vessels
• feeling your flesh rip open but not feeling any pain
• talking about asparagus with my surgeon
• the nurses telling me i'm really brave

so 10/10 would recommend! it's only been like a week since then but i'm so happy and everything is better. my only regret is not doing this as soon as i turned 18!
